Technical / Customer Support

You will perform telephone and email support. This is a part-time position and hours may vary. You should be available weekends, holidays, and have the flexibility to switch between 1st/2nd/3rd shift as required.
You should be comfortable with the following:
- Issue tracking systems – Logging, assigning, and follow-up.
- Customer support experience over the phone and email
